A strong alcoholic drink that is created by combining top Istrian komovica with macerate of lemon leaves (citronovac, Aloysia citrodora P.) which are specific for the characteristic smell of lemon. Proper maceration of fresh and dried lemongrass leaves gives a macerate of intense lemon aroma. The citrus scent and fresh citrus flavor are the basic features of Erba Luigie San Mauro. Great as an aperitif or digestive.
