Honey liqueur. Traditional Istrian drink. It is obtained by cold technology of mixing Croatian quality honey with Istrian komovica, while the honey retains its natural properties and aromas. Honey brandy is characterized by a large proportion of honey in brandy, without added sugar. It is golden yellow in color with a pronounced smell of honey and a specific natural sweetness. digestive. Honey brandy is best consumed chilled near the freezing point or simply served in a chilled glass.
